Harjeet Ghatora

Harjeet Ghatora, CPA, CGA

Harjeet Ghatora is a member of Chartered Professional Accountants’ Association of Ontario with over 25 years of accounting and tax experience with both public as well as privately owned companies. He has served in senior level financial roles of both public and private companies, gaining extensive experience in financial management and corporate tax planning. In his roles Harjeet has had exposure to interacting with lawyers, government regulators, auditors and board of directors. Apart from being involved in Initial Public Offerings (IPO’s), budgeting and forecasting, business planning, operational analysis, refinancing loans and implementation of accounting systems, Harjeet also has extensive experience in advising owner-managed businesses with their financial systems and tax planning.

Harjeet has a well established accounting practice and has been serving the business community (individuals and large and small businesses) for the past TEN years. During this period he has assisted his clients achieve exponential growth in their business through management advisory and tax restructuring. Harjeet has extensive experience in assurance (audit and review engagements), tax restructuring and compliance, and business advisory services. His client base comes from a diverse industrial backgrounds, including manufacturing, transportation and logistics, professional practice, wholesale contracting, real estate and information technology. Harjeet has been a leader in a number of business acquisitions and successfully assisted clients in obtaining significant financing either for the acquisitions or the growth.

Harjeet also has a Masters degree in International Business Management. With his international background in education he is better equipped to understand financial and operational needs of businesses growing globally.
