If you decide to open a corporation with a distinct business name we can provide the NUANS report required.

We will issue your minute book, provide the required corporate resolutions, provide a corporate seal, provide the bylaw for the corporation and issue the necessary stock.

At the end of the tax year we will provide the required ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING minutes to meet government requirements.
